I have been trying to find cereals that are fortified with Vitamin D. Is there a resource that could be helpful in searching for this or do you know/have a list of cereals that are high in Vitamin D. I try to eat healthier cereal like Kashi brand. Thanks.

    There is not enough Vitamin D in any food to sustain a human being properly. This is why we need supplements or sunshine. Most adults need a minimum of 5000 iu of Vitamin D per day.
