Hi Can you take vitamin d every two weeks,what's its storage time in body,can it be taken monthly

    The VDC recommends taking it daily. The maximum I would do is once a week if you just could not manage taking it daily. Taking it monthly is not recommended and was proved by a study. If I remember correctly the body does not even begin to store Vitamin D until you reach a minimum blood level of 40ng/ml. So unless you get enough you really are not storing anything.
