Can I test my Vitamin D levels accurately while supplementing? Or is it best to stop supplementing for a period of time (how long) before doing the test?

Dr. Cannell once said to take your dose as scheduled (ie: do not change anything) and get tested. There is no reason to stop. If you happened to forget your dose that day and still wanted to test, I really do not think it will make too much difference in the levels.
